Data Integrity

The way a platform buckets hourly data to populate multi-hour charts is incredibly important. A single bucketing mistake can make an entire price series look completely different from how it should. Dreamchart uses an ingenious system for checking data and bucketing integrity (for 2h and 4h timeframes) that runs on every chart refresh. Instead of directly monitering the bucketing process, it records signal location and type within the price flow and compares that with the previous refresh. This system is faster and more reliable than direct aggregation monitering.

Marker Detection, Super TL's, and Range Candles

Markets naturally use various devices to mark values and signal trend progression. Our system recognizes and highlights these areas, which can be used for anchoring ultra-accurate trendlines. Since events are formed by candle highs/lows, Dreamchart uses range candles, bypassing O/C data. This produces a simple chart that's more streamlined, more visually appealing, and renders faster.
